Wed, 16/03/2011 - 14:11 The Applicability Comment field is presented in the Control Owner dialog on the Control Administration -> Control Owners and Applicability menu.
This field should be used to record the supporting justification when the user deems that a Control is NOT applicable to a particular asset.
