Control Owners

Is there a fast way to assign Control Owners?

Note that owners can be assigned to 'Control-Assets' (i.e. Controls applied to specific Assets) in two places:

1) During Control Assessment, via the Control Implementation dialog (I dialog from the Control Assessment screen)

2) Using the Control Administration -> Control Owners and Applicability screen.
