On STREAM Enterprise systems, the License Management facility is accessed by launching the file stream.exe in the relevant license pool (shared folder).
Error Message: "There is a problem with the CrypKey License Service. Please verify that it is installed and running"...

Thu, 24/02/2011 - 18:06 This message usually appears on STREAM Enterprise systems and indicates that the user attempting to install and use a STREAM Client does not have permission to access a central STREAM license pool.
It is invariably due to Windows permissions.
If an Active Directory group has been created for STREAM, check that the logged on user is a member of that group.
