I have downloaded and installed the STREAMSU product.
The installation appeared to complete normally, and I now have the STREAMSU icon on my desktop.
However, when I launch STREAM, I receive the following error:

If the STREAMSU installation completed OK, then this proves that you had the required permissions for STREAM installation.

When running the Setup.exe installation package, you may receive the following error:

The following messages may be displayed when you enter your Site Key into the License Configuration screen and click on Validate:

The STREAM Documentation folder in the installation fileset contains the Installation Manual and Quick Install Guide.
Both documents include the initial Username (stream) and Password (stream-1). Please note that the Password field is case sensitive.
