Consultancy

STREAM is highly configurable and intuitive making it easy to deploy without the need for extensive high-cost consultancy services required for many GRC products.  Computer-based training packs are provided with our free downloads and with our paid–for products, making it easy to get started quickly. 

However, customers will often opt for a few days’ consultancy from Acuity or our partners to supplement the training and make sure that they have deployed STREAM effectively.

We recommend consultancy support for more complex deployments of STREAM, for example:

• multiple business applications, e.g. combining information security, business continuity, HSSE and environmental applications in a single STREAM deployment
• integrating your organisations’ own internal policies and control standards with STREAM applications.

We also provide consultancy services in the following areas:

• Development of custom reports, exports, interfaces and extensions
• Integration with other systems, e.g. for asset management, automatic capturing of key control metrics, incident records
• Complex changes to GRC requirements and processes,  e.g. to comply with new regulatory requirements
• Planning workshop to specify the tasks, priorities and resources to deploy an Enterprise GRC solution
• Technical implementation options, including virtualisation and use of multiple, interlinked STREAM databases for large scale deployments
• Technical documentation for your organisation’s internal IT approval processes
• One to one coaching and knowledge transfer.

Our consultancy services are designed to meet the needs of all customers at all stages in their GRC implementation.  We can provided consultancy on an as-needed basis or build a consultancy allowance into our annual Support subscription service.
